Our Program:

Outreach concerts in care homes and parks

• **Locations**: Schools, nursing homes, hospitals, and public parks.

• **Format**: Performances by Cappella Sur’s volunteer choir and orchestra, featuring classical, folk, and popular music.

Collaborative music workshops

• **Activities**: Weekly intergenerational music sessions where kids and seniors collaborate on singing, instrument-playing, and songwriting.

• **Goals**: Foster empathy, reduce age-based stereotypes, and improve cognitive/emotional health.

Music education & therapy

• **For Kids**: Free lessons (voice, piano, guitar) and instrument donations.

• **For Seniors**: Music therapy sessions to combat dementia and depression.

Annual festival of joy

A community festival showcasing participants’ talents, with food, art, and family activities
